Rishabh Pant was born on 4 October 1997 in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. He is a left-handed wicketkeeper-batsman who hits the ball in the most fearless way possible. He grew up moving from place to place because of cricket — showing how much he loved the game from a very young age. He made his IPL debut in 2016 and later became captain of Delhi Capitals. Then on 30 December 2022, something terrible happened — he had a very serious car accident and got badly hurt. Doctors worked hard and he fought back. After 14 long months of recovery, he came back in IPL 2024 and played for India in the T20 World Cup 2024 and Champions Trophy 2025. In 2025, Lucknow Super Giants bought him for a record-breaking ₹27 crore — the most expensive player in IPL history! He scored 8 Test centuries. Pant is living proof that real champions never quit!
