Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions IPO

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions IPO is a book-building IPO of ₹5,200 crores, which is a mix of a fresh issue of ₹1,500 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹3,700 crore. The IPO price band is set at ₹1000 to ₹1053, and the lot size for an application is 14 Shares. The minimum amount of investment required by an individual investor is ₹14,742. The IPO will be open for subscription from 23 to 25 Feb, 2026 on the BSE and the NSE platforms with a tentative listing date fixed as Mon, Mar 2, 2026.
